As a highly-motivated and results orientated right of way
professional, I have a proven track record of providing exemplary levels of
project management, appraisal and negotiation services on a broad range of
projects. I bring over 15 years of right-of-way (ROW) and
real estate services experience including 12 years of acquiring right of
way under the laws of eminent domain. I possess a bachelor’s degree in,
environmental studies, from California State University East Bay; along
with the prestigious SR/WA, Senior Right of Way Professional Designation,
with IRWA. I previously represented the California Department of
Transportation, Ada County Highway District and Idaho Power Company
managing and acquiring property rights for their projects along with serving
as a Deputy Commissioner for the California Department of Real Estate. I
have demonstrated management skills including responsibility and oversight
for of all phases of right-of-way programs, including negotiation and
acquisition, appraisal, relocation assistance, environmental and asset
management.
